Tip from Debbi:
I built the first several rows straight up, putting the milk jugs one on top of another. I used a piece of wooden trim across the "doorway" to support the cartons that go above the door. You would probably leave the covers on anyway but in just in case you were debating, leave them on. I used an entire package of hot glue on this but it did go together pretty quickly.
