Print the 5 pages. Laminating or covering with mac tac will ensure durability. Cut out the word cards. Children match the word cards to the correct frog. This can be made into a file folder game by cutting out the frogs and pasting inside the folders before laminating and securing a pocket (or use a baggie) for the word pieces.
