Crafts
*Jellyfish - paint a paper bowl turned upside down. When dry, attach crepe paper streamers all around the inside to hang down.
*Octopus - Cut yarn approximately 3 feet long. Fold in half and divide into 2 piles. Place a styrofoam ball into the center of one of the piles so it is covered and in the middle with the yarn hanging down. Place the other pile of yarn opposite to the first and secure around the ball with an elastic. Divide the yarn that is hanging down into 8 equal sections. Braid and secure with elastics (or a piece of the yarn). Continue to braid all 8 legs. Add a face to the covered ball part for a fun octopus toy.
*Paper Plate Fish - Paint a paper plate. When dry, glue on fins and eyes on either side of the plate.

Baby Beluga
Baby beluga, baby Beluga, is the water warm?
Is your mama home with you, so happy.
Way down yonder where the dolphins play
Where they dive and splash all day
The waves roll in and the waves roll out
See the water squirting out of your spout.
Baby beluga, baby Beluga, sing your little song
Sing for all your friends, we like to hear you.
When it's dark, you're home and fed
Curl up snug in your water bed
Moon is shining and the stars are out
Good night, little whale, goodnight.
Baby beluga, baby Beluga, with tomorrow's sun
Another day’s begun, you'll soon be waking.
Baby Beluga in the deep blue sea
Swim so wild and you swim so free
Heaven above and the sea below
And a little white whale on the go
You’re just a little white whale on the go.
Sing A Song Of Seashells
(sung to: Sing a Song of Sixpence)
When you pick a shell up
Hold it to your ear
If you're very quiet
The ocean waves you'll hear!
